We are a family-owned travel agency in Amsterdam. We have been arranging visits to the Netherlands since 2014, and we work almost entirely for other travel professionals: international travel agencies, independent travel advisors, corporate travel managers and event companies who need someone on the ground here.
If you are booking a holiday for yourself, we are probably not the right fit. If you are responsible for a group, a delegation or a client visit and you want one local contact who arranges the whole thing, that is what we do every day.

Who we work with
Four kinds of clients make up most of our work.
- International travel agencies and tour operators who sell the Netherlands but have no staff here. We become your local office: we quote, we book, we are on the phone when something changes on the day.
- Independent travel advisors with individual clients or small families. Usually a mix of transfers, a private guide and a few experiences their client would be unlikely to find on their own.
- Corporates and business delegations visiting a Dutch office, a supplier or a trade fair. Transfers between hotel and venue, interpreters, dinners, and something to do on the free evening.
- Event and incentive agencies running a programme for a group of thirty to several hundred. We also work with cruise lines and with clients who simply call us a travel company rather than a travel agency. The label does not change what we do.
Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands
Most requests are for Amsterdam, and that is where our own network is deepest. We also arrange programmes in Rotterdam, The Hague, Utrecht, Maastricht and the smaller places in between, and we cross the border into Belgium when a programme calls for it.
Distances here are short. A group staying in Amsterdam can be at the windmills at Zaanse Schans, in Rotterdam or in the bulb fields within an hour, which means a lot fits into a single day if the day is planned properly.
Some of what we have done
A congress at the RAI. Four days for a pharmaceutical client from Egypt: 45 transfers, hotel, meeting sessions, the transport between hotel and congress centre, the restaurants, and a private canal dinner cruise on the last evening for the doctors and the contacts they had met during the conference.
An incentive built around Tomorrowland. For an incentive agency in Brazil, working for PepsiCo. A combination of sightseeing, restaurants and the festival itself.
A Chinese delegation. A Dutch chemical company invited their partners for a site visit. We built the leisure half of the programme around the business half.

Why clients stay with us
We are a small team and you get the same person from the first email to the last transfer. We buy locally, mostly from other family-run suppliers, which keeps the prices sensible and means a problem gets solved by someone who picks up the phone.
We have been doing this since 2014 from an office on the Herengracht, and a large part of our work comes from clients who have used us before.
FAQ
Do you work directly with travellers?
Rarely. Most of our work comes through agencies, advisors and companies. We do take direct requests from private groups, but our terms and the way we quote are built for the trade.
What is the smallest group you work with?
There is no minimum. We arrange single airport transfers as often as we arrange programmes for eighty people.
How far in advance should I book?
For transfers, a few days is usually enough. For programmes with hotels and coaches in spring or during a large congress, several weeks to a few months.
Can you handle a group that arrives on several flights?
Yes. Split arrivals are normal for us. We track the flights and adjust the transfers on the day.
Do you speak our language?
The team works in English and Dutch. For guides and interpreters we arrange other languages, including Chinese.
